Confidentiality

Our staff is bound by the rigorous standard of attorney confidentiality from the moment you hire us.  This confidentiality applies regardless whether you hire us for Full Representation, Limited Scope Representation, or Pro Per Assistance.  This means we will not reveal any information about you or about your divorce -- or even that you are involved in a divorce -- to anyone or to any institution without you first asking us to do so.

Privacy

We are respectful of your privacy, cognizant that for some parties privacy is essential for logistics, strategy, or safety.

When you visit our website, log files are stored on the web server of Streamline Computers.  These files identify your IP address, browser type, referring page, and time of visit.  This practice is common to websites.

Furthermore, cookies may be stored on your computer by your web browser.  Cookies are small digital signature files that allow your preferences to be recorded when visiting the website and to track your return visits.  You may block cookies via your browser’s settings.  However, this may slow down certain features of the website.

When support is purchased, your email and a username will be stored on Authorize.net’s secure server with SSL encryption.

Any credit card charges we assess will appear on your statement as [“Authorize.net.”]
